If you have a problem, that scan application of Konica Minolta doesn't work. Follow steps below:


  1. Open OptimiDoc WebApp
  2. Go to Device -> Devices
  3. Edit Konica Minolta device by edit button.
  4. Type "Scan4.00" in the field "Model"  (see picture below)
  5. Save the settings
  6. Reinstall OptimiDoc on MFP through OptimiDoc WebApp in Devices
