Scan application doesn't work on older Konica Minolta devices
If you have a problem, that scan application of Konica Minolta doesn't work. Follow steps below:
- Open OptimiDoc WebApp
- Go to Device -> Devices
- Edit Konica Minolta device by edit button.
- Type "Scan4.00" in the field "Model" (see picture below)
- Save the settings
- Reinstall OptimiDoc on MFP through OptimiDoc WebApp in Devices
